Girl's Day

Well, I found out that it's girl's day in Japan. It is a traditional day to celebrate all the girls (ladies) in this world!
By google japan

I reckon being a girls is awsome! If I were a boy, I have to secretly surf the Internet to find the most amazing fashion pieces.

Being a girl was never easy, according to history with all the discrimination the past ladies had to survive through! Yet, some of the world's most influential people nowadays are GIRLIES!!!

The person I look up to the most would have to be (a little bit of a cliche but if your a blogger like me, you'll understand) Coco Chanel. Her name is fashion. She is an icon that no one will forget, unless the existence of clothes become extinct.

She is striving for the woman's freedom in fashion... and she is working that pose!
"a woman without perfume, has no future"- OUCH!!

"All you need to know about men is that they're just like children" - I'm afraid nothing has changed since you passed away...

HOW CAN I START? her signature.... gardenia, purfumes, tweed jacket, chain bag, pearls and the CC logo!

Then there's Marie Antoinette. I really love her clothing. Such a maximalist. Anna Dela Rosso has some Competition! I have only seen paintings of the actual princess, but I fell in love by the film by Sophia Coppola.

LOOK AT THE RUFFLES!!
"If there are no breads, why don't you just eat sweets?" - I would if I didn't gain any weight like you Kristen Dunst!!!

I had more and more inspirational girlies lined up! Jackie Kennedy, Marilyn Monroe, Amelia Erhart, Hilary Klinton, Lady GaGa, Mursaki Shikibu, Juliet and Julia Gillard:) !!!

But it seems like the Internet is stuffing up and I cannot up load images at the moment!

Guess I will have to wait until international woman's week next week!!!!!!! Also I have an outfit post dedicated to the spoilt beauty of Marie Antoinette.

xx suki
