Paris, Texas ... and papa

My father is a huge fan of films and as a toddler, i grew up listening to Tom Waits and the soundtrack of Paris, Texas. He is a strange man who I will never forget, he's passion for Jack Nicholson and the red paaisley bandana's.

This outfit is chic and paris but I thought it didn't have enough something in it... I want a onomatopea to discribe this feeling but it's not coming to me...

Then an AHA moment.... red paisley bandana- Perfect!!

This fake fur vintage coat was so affordable and so useable in cold seasons... LOVE

Paisley bandana- Hollywood Raunch Market Daikanyama
Boarder Shirt- SHIPS love the unique neck! very flattering actually
Belt- leather beld by H and M $10

Snuggled up and cozy... I feel like a chai latte

my newest bag......................... I got it on the night I got back from Camp
It's Louis Vuitton- I'm a lucky child...
I love her mohair red knitted jumper...... and her hair!

Also, Isabel Marant's this seasons rtw collection is somewhat Texas inspired with a twist of Isabal magic- edge! It's edgy and feminine and cow girl but not Miley Cyrus

UNIQLO is a major fast fashion brand which originated in Japan. It is the most popular clothing franchise in Japan and also recently opened up a boutique in Soho:) It has donated millions of dollars for the incident and I have contributed by my lovely Lady GaGa tees and Karl Lagerfield tees!!

Girl's Day

Well, I found out that it's girl's day in Japan. It is a traditional day to celebrate all the girls (ladies) in this world!
By google japan

I reckon being a girls is awsome! If I were a boy, I have to secretly surf the Internet to find the most amazing fashion pieces.

Being a girl was never easy, according to history with all the discrimination the past ladies had to survive through! Yet, some of the world's most influential people nowadays are GIRLIES!!!

The person I look up to the most would have to be (a little bit of a cliche but if your a blogger like me, you'll understand) Coco Chanel. Her name is fashion. She is an icon that no one will forget, unless the existence of clothes become extinct.

She is striving for the woman's freedom in fashion... and she is working that pose!
"a woman without perfume, has no future"- OUCH!!

"All you need to know about men is that they're just like children" - I'm afraid nothing has changed since you passed away...

HOW CAN I START? her signature.... gardenia, purfumes, tweed jacket, chain bag, pearls and the CC logo!

Then there's Marie Antoinette. I really love her clothing. Such a maximalist. Anna Dela Rosso has some Competition! I have only seen paintings of the actual princess, but I fell in love by the film by Sophia Coppola.

LOOK AT THE RUFFLES!!
"If there are no breads, why don't you just eat sweets?" - I would if I didn't gain any weight like you Kristen Dunst!!!

I had more and more inspirational girlies lined up! Jackie Kennedy, Marilyn Monroe, Amelia Erhart, Hilary Klinton, Lady GaGa, Mursaki Shikibu, Juliet and Julia Gillard:) !!!

But it seems like the Internet is stuffing up and I cannot up load images at the moment!

Guess I will have to wait until international woman's week next week!!!!!!! Also I have an outfit post dedicated to the spoilt beauty of Marie Antoinette.

When Harry mey Suki

It ws a coincident that I was watching When Harry met Sally last night. It is a typical Romcom that has an iconic scene of America's Sweet Heart, Meg Ryan walking through a beautiful assortment of red autumn leaves with her possible lover The 84th Academy Award Host  Billy Crystal. The scenery is lovely and I would love to walk like that with my Harry oneday.  Seeing that to day the 1st of March is the first day of Autumn for the Southern Hemisphere residents, I thought it would be a lovely movie to pick for my post.

Warmer colors than Sally's. It's Autumn with a hint of summer still left inside me.

American Apparel- Blazer got in LA at the outlet
- Pants got in Tokyo Store
- Belt also from the Tokyo Store
- Hat from Alamoana Centre, Hawaii
Shirt- No brand. Vintage

The shirt has a great bow on the neck!

Titty and Co.- Leopard Print wingship Shoes
Titty and Co. is a brand in Japan that is in massive girls fashion malls like Shibuya 109.
The shop has the cutest detail to even the wall paintings!

Ahh I'm going to miss Summer... but Fall's trends look awsome so I'll be enjoying my self:)
